Manchester, NH April 11th
Is anyone going??
We have no money (Tax Day next week). But we've never been to that one.
Does anyone know if Kara is going to be there?? I emailed her but I rarely get a return.

That's odd, it's only 40 minutes away!! Didn't get a reply from Kara.

Re: Manchester, NH April 11th
We will be there this weekend, its a good show to vend at if you have a lot of lower end animals and asst. stuff but its not a high end show like some of the others. Last year we sold over $7500 in animals at the spring show, and other than a albino ball all were less that $150ea, so for a higher end breeder like Nerd its probably not the best show to do.
It takes a ton of work to get ready for a show, so if you cant make enough $$ to cover it then its not worth all the time and stress on the animals.
Just travling from Maine it cost us around $900 just to get to the show and pay for tables, add in the cost of deli cups, labels, table help, etc. it becomes a big expense to do a show.

Odds are she will probably be at NERD that day. They don't vend that show most likely because they are so close that people would just go to the shop. It's mainly a show for the lower cost animals. You might sell 10 Pastels, but probably not selling any pieds or higher end combos. It is a great place for base bp morphs, geckos and colubrids as well as supplies and feeders.

Call ahead. It would be a shame to go to NERD and not get a tour upstairs.

Kara gave us a 3 hour tour last year!!! Including the chickens. She told us to call in May/June and see the BP's hatching! I've emailed her a couple of times with no response.
