I recently purchased a mojave male from him. he had an ad on kinsnake that was something like "super sale!!! super sale!!!"
anyhow, he would only accept a check or money order
the whole bying process from first contact to the arrival of my snake took over 2 weeks
he only sent me one verry small pic and I asked him several times to send me more which he didn't.
the snake was shipped in a verry worn uninsulated box with that styrofoam popcorn type stuff.
the second day I had him I noticed he was blowing bubbles and has mucus coming out of his mouth! so now I have to take him to the vets asap!!!

has anyone ever delt with him before?

Do you have a business name or other details about him - location etc?

It might help narrow it down a bit.

But I have to ask - if he wouldn't send you pics why did you send him the money?

Have you contacted him to ask what he would be willing to do to make the situation right?
