They regurge the meal. The meal comes out of the mouth undigested or partially digested instead of the cloaca

Are you trying to say that you fed him two mice in a row?

Your post is thin on details. Someone here may be able to help you if you provide:

    1) How long after feeding him did he throw up?
    2) What are the temps (warm end, cool end, basking spot) of his enclosure?
    3) How large was the mouse (or mice) in comparison to the snake?
    4) Did you handle or mess with him after he ate? If so, how long after?
    5) What are you housing him in? Where is his enclosure located in your
    house?
    6) Has he ever eaten for you and kept it down?
    7) When is the last time he defecated?

i fed him two mice after a week period of waiting.

The temperatures are 75 on the cool side 95 on basking spot.

he is a foot and a half long. The mice are like an inch long and prekilled.

I handlled him once to clean since i got him. He ate days after.

Hes in a glass 10 gallon tank. He was fed once before and kept it down.

I havent seen defication yet just urate.

    Re: threw up

It means that they are stressed and your husbandry is off. Did you feed him a mouse a week ago and then another after 7 days had passed?

Can you give us some details of your enclosure?
    How are you measuring temps?
Do you have hides? If so, what kind and how many?
What kind of heat source are you using? How are you controlling it?
    What is your substrate?

    Re: threw up

Stress has been the only cause of any of my snakes to throw up...And I think this might have happened maybe 3 times in a decade of having Boa's or BP's...The only reason one of my BP's recently tossed her mouse-cookie was because I after being too tired put 2 in the same cage during a feeding time...Note to self, don't handle the snakes after a LONG day of work...

How are you measuring temps? Acurite with the probe in the basking spot on top of the under the tank heater
Do you have hides? If so, what kind and how many? 2, one on the hot side its a log and another is a black tupperware box on the cool side. He uses both i found poop on both sides.
What kind of heat source are you using? How are you controlling it? I have a UTH and a ceramic bulb when temps get low and for day time heat red bulb.
What is your substrate? My substrate is aspen

    Re: threw up

Is the log hide a half log? I think this might possibly be a cause. If he doesn't feel sucure in his warm hide (where he should be to digest) that might have caused a regurg.

Did you handle him at all before or after feeding?

    Thats my best guess :/

    Re: threw up

Your hides should be low to the ground and very tight fitting. The rock-cave type work very well.
There should just be a small opening.
