Nice. Some of those look like they belong in a scary movie, haha. I like how you didn't go too crazy with the color changes in the HDR photos, people tend to do that in those style photos.

none of them are HDR, just some brush tooling in Lightroom.

I see. This set: http://photos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._5615501_n.jpg has an HDR look to it. I think my favorite is the train tracks photo taken with the fisheye.

Man, your photos look great! I'm upgrading by camera soon and have been thinking about the 5D Mark II- even though I think I might be more camera than I need right now, I figure I can grow into it.

How happy are you with yours? Its obviously working for you!

Re: bunch of random photos and processes

aaron, i am very happy with it, and that is an understatement.

the 1d III has become the assistant's camera/my backup.

I've had the oppurnity to get a 1ds III at a very good price, but really why? The 5D II equals it in resolution and ISO noise. Canon says the 5d II will give you better images than any other camera they sell.

Mine got pretty wet at a base of a waterfall and worked perfectly (although i am not reccomending getting it wet).

I am very happy with this camera.

The HD video is cool, but i seem to get caught up in taking photos that i forget about it, but it is there....
