Question about feeding more than one mouse

My pet store was all out of the adult mice i normally offer so I got two smaller ones. Im wondering generally how Im supossed to feed these to him, a quick response would be nice since hes already working on the first one.

After he has completely finished the first mouse give him a minute or two to get his jaw back in place then offer the mouse to him like you did with the first one.

Re: Question about feeding more than one mouse

I have never tried to feed more then one at a time. I have seen BHB in snakebytes after you get the first one to go just put the mouse in there and the snake will coil around it. I know that when power feeding people will put the second mouse in line and the snake will eat it also.

A small meal once in a while wont hurt these guys can go MONTHS with out eating with no apparent ill effects.

Re: Question about feeding more than one mouse

I do not have good experience with that... Every time I have feeling that one mouse is not enough for her so I tried:

    a) let two mice running in her vid
(result: she killed both of them but ate only the second :/)
    b) offer second mouse when first is finished
(result: she just didn't attend second mouse at all)

so... I just feed one mouse only.
