    Snow Genetics Question

I am thinking that my CRT Boa with a 66% P. Het. Snow is going to pass soon. He has been to the vet, and has meds. I do not need advice on his issues though.

I would like to know how, if at all, I could tell if he may have passed this Snow trait on to his offspring. He did get in one breeding session this winter. I am sure that the mother is a normal, with no chance of Snow. I would like to keep one of the babies, and maybe breed him back to my female that does have a chance of Snow.

Do I have any hope in this venture?

    Re: Snow Genetics Question

Usually, albino hets will have a dusting of pure white scales on them or white scale or two here and there on them.

Like this, but this is a really drastic case-

Sometimes it's only a few scales that are pure white though.

Anery genes are a little trickier yet. They usually have a "silver" shine to their eyes. I don't know how proven this is though.
