    Re: New Redfoot Tort baby

Post some booty shots of it and I'll give it a whirl.

The boys do have longer tails even at that age.
I may not be very smart, but what if I am?

Such a little cutie! Anna got a baby cherry head at the Pomona show - we're having such fun with her/him. We were told it's very difficult to sex them while they are tiny - the indentation doesn't appear in males until they are older. So for now, we are working on the assumption that she's a she because, well, she belongs to a 7 year old that wants her to be a girl!

The sex doesn't matter too much to me. I don't plan on breeding, it would just be for help in determining the overall size "it" will be... How is Anna's little one? She was pretty excited about it at the show. It's funny cause when I was little I always wanted everything to be girls too!! Now I just call the torts he cause they look like little ol' men to me.... Ha ha...

This what we've got.. Now that I take a good look, it doesn't even look like there is a tail there.. It's not tucked up from what I can tell, it just looks like there is nothing there.......... Weird......
