Re: need help to differ
and the mouse wouldnt stop moving around, so i had to cup my hands kinda, cuz the cell phone had a delay on the picture, umm for a little instance on size, im 6'1 and i can palm a basketball so my hands are fairly bigger then most people, but the reason i ask is my snake has never refused a meal, and people say its normal but it just dont seem like her, and i think this mouse possibly not being a hopper has something to do with it, but i could possibly be wrong, i dont know anything about mice. and the guy workign int he store was new and didnt seem like he knew what he was doing and when i asked for a hopper, thats what he gave me.

Looks like a young adult maybe. Hoppers are young mice, before weaning age.

Sub-adult IMO how much does it weigh?

Re: need help to differ
If he's about the same size as the largest part of your snake, you could safely feed it to him.

Re: need help to differ
looks like a young mouse to me, a hopper would probably have hopped out of your hand.

Re: need help to differ
yea it didnt try to hop out of my hand or bite me, which ih was surprised, im not sure how much it weighs, i dont even have a scale in the house that could weigh it lol. its probably a bit bigger then the largest part of my snake, so she probably could safely eat it, but shes very picky. thanks all for your help.
