Hey Carol, he is cute... but I mentioned on the other site and he may just be still blowing his coat out.
After my first hairless - nude rat I cannot imagine having at least one around. They really are too cute for words.

Looks like he has an umbilical hernia.. Might want to get his belly checked out.
He's likely fully hairless(will molt to completely hairless) or he's a rex who is molting.

I don't think there is such thing as a quarter dumbo, is there? Dumbo is a recessive gene, so if they don't display it as a homozygous individual, then they might carry one copy.
Cute rattie though. I love hairless rats and will be getting one eventually.
