Reptile Shows / Magazines?
I wasn't sure what Forum to post this in, so I'm putting in in General Ball Pythons since this only relates to my search for this particular species. If this is incorrect, then I apologize and would kindly ask a Moderator to move it to the appropriate Forum.
I'm looking for any reptile shows in my area (Cincinnati Ohio, 45205 ZIP code) where I can see some ball pythons for purchase from a breeder. I'm just getting started in the herp stuff, so I'm not sure where to get the best start as far as conventions, shows, etc.
I'm also looking for print magazines (not digital) that relates to ball pythons. I realize that there's Reptile World or whatever it's called, but the ones that I've read deal mainly with lizards and will very rarely mention snakes (let alone the one species I'm looking for). "Ball Pythons Illustrated" would be nice LOL. Any ideas?

if your willing to drive a couple hours, there's the Eastern Kentucky Reptile Show and Sale in Morehead (I75 south, to I64 east, exit 137....I live here), Also, the same people that put that show on put on the Kentucky Reptile Expo in Shepherdsville (I75 south, to I64 West...somewhere near Louisville).

Usually, there's a quite a few quality Ball breeders at both shows, I personally have seen everything from fresh hatchling normals for cheap all the way up to high white pieds, lemon blasts, spiders, cinny's, mojo's, bumblebees and most other morphs you can think of (except for dreamcicle's, panda pied's etc....atleast not yet!) , Also you can find nearly any supply you'll need, almost any lizard you could ever want, nearly any colubrid you could ever want(I've seen some absolutly steller kings and milks there!) and most other things like cages and racks( snakefx, jason's jungle set up there sometimes!) you should make the trip! it's a hella good time!

there's one in columbus too that is monthly... I don't remember the website but google all ohio reptile show and you'll find the dates... also I believe it is run by the same people as the cleveland show, but I could be mistaken. They are on the same weekend though.
