As long as the animal is able to live normally and isnt being bred, let it live!

that looks horrible, but if its alive and eatin well, give it a shot no animal deserves to die without a fighting chance or unless its in obvious pain or suffering.

Re: Anyone seen this before?
If I was given it I`d keep it I have no issues with pets that look a bit odd. Breeding an snake that`s not to standard is kind of wrong as the point of breeding is to improve the snake`s next generation.
Too many pets to list!

I could not own such a deformed snake. I hope it is only a cosmetic defect.

so that means, if that kink wasn't "that badly" as you stated with the spiders, then you'd breed it? then what happens when you have a pair of spiders (1.1) and breed them...and the offspring do backflips?? that's the same as this snake. just bc it has a bad defect does not make it unethical. just bc a spider doesnt spin "that badly" doesnt mean the next gen won't make you dizzy watching them

Re: Anyone seen this before?
that looks distubing but , if people were put to sleep for every defect that been know the population would be less than 1/2 it is now. As for th snake iif ididn't know better i say it looks like the verabrates are not there and cause the collapse. I wouls say if healthy and acting normal with no othe issues I say that snake would be a strictly pet version due to the defect.

If the snake suffer from it, should be put to dead, otherwise I don't see a reason behind it if he is healty.
