    usually if you are feeding 2 feeders a meal then you can up your meal size, otherwise wait until the first one has passed into the thickest part of your snake.

    Why on earth are you giving a BP fuzzies?? A new hatchling can take hopper mice right away.

    Prey should be one item (except for adult BPs on mice) that is about as thick around as the snake is at the widest point. If your snake is 1" wide at the middle, then the mouse or rat should also be 1" wide.

    But, when offering multiple items you wait until the snake has adjusted its jaw and is flickering around to offer the second. The first prey item is usually completely past the throat by that point.
