Talking Big snakes have gotten much bigger!

Well, I just did the monthly weigh-in (a bit late due to school issues at the start of the month) and decided to take a few pictures while I had the girls out.

Hera, the rescued normal female, has passed the 2000g mark! She weighed in at 2040 this afternoon. Here are a few pics I took with a normal sized (not jumbo) Advil bottle for comparison:

And my stubborn but sweet 100% Het Albino girl, Celeste, has finally passed the 1500g mark! Now ready for breeding (once the boys catch up), she weighs 1596g! She's in shed in these pics, so her color is a bit off.

My two largest snakes. It's cool having reptiles that big...even my iguana wasn't that large since her growth was stunted by idiot owners.

I aim to have some pictures of the Het Albino and normal males later tonight if they cooperate. The het hates being handled and the normal looks like he might have another mite case.

Great looking gals you've got there, honey. -Grins.- Love the back of that normal girl.

Thanks. Hera does have some very interesting markings.

Well, I got some shots of Achilles, my Het Albino male, but the normal male Zeus will have to wait till tomorrow.

Nearly 900g (892) today and in deep shed. His color doesn't change much in shed, tho, and he really is that dark.
