Is that a Fire? If she is, I think she would be wasted on a YB, their super is already white. I would want to use her to lighten up a darker morph. A Pin, Pastel, darker animal...something like that.

I would say not a fire. As for breeding I would wait 'til she has the size and then decide on her appearance at the time. Good luck with her.

i don't see the things i look for on fires - the alien head eyes kindof melt and wash into the alien head itself, which doesn't happen on this snake.

    Pretty remarkable head-spot though. Hm.

I know what you are saying. If it weren't for that spot, I would not even have suggested it. As it is, I am not saying that it is a Fire, however...my own experience has me shying away from claiming that every BP has all the same traits in any morph. They are simply too individualistic for me to go by each and every trait being present. In my pictures below, the alien eyes are definite and don't melt and wash into the "head." The "eyes" look like the "eyes" on a Normal or am I missing something?

Here's my Fire from Mike. The spot on the head so definite is one of the traits I go by. I don't know if it's possible that a lot of Fires were sold as Normals before it was realized what it was...so I am always looking for a "surprise."

Then again, I have seen some dark Fires that I wouldn't classify as Fires. I can say that if he notices his animal getting lighter with each shed..it's a definite possiblity imo.
