Can you tell me if this ball is a fire?

I've been offered a little female ball python recently... but the only problem is that the owner doesn't know what the morph is if it's a morph at all.

The circumstances through which he happened upon a ball of unknown morph were actually very plausible.

He offered it to me as a normal, but I suspect it's either a fire or just a nice normal. I sent him some fire pictures and he said his girl is spot on the photos, although she's a bit darker in his opinion.

This little girl definitely looks odd, at least in terms of her colouration. I've asked for a few more shots, including belly shots.

I don't see the bright spot on her head that Fires normally have.

Hmmmm, that could be a tough one but unless you know for sure she comes from a proven fire line I'd say no. A belly shot would be a good indicator though. If you're still unsure the only other way to tell for sure would be to breed to a known fire and see if you get any Black Eyed Lucies

Her head is almost tellingly boring looking, eh? I wonder what's going on with her colour, though. Could she be a very strange pastel or pastel sibling?

Because of what appears to be a high amount of blushing on the dorsal, I would peg her as a "sibling" of some morph, but definitely not a pastel strange or otherwise.

A better picture would help loads.

She could be what's referred to as a "Blonde". They're not really a morph, more so just very light normals.
