    Smile He finally shed

Well it's been around 2 weeks since he started becoming a hermit and didn't want food. So I let him be and bumped up the humidity and he finally did it last night.

It was a complete shed but it was in 3 pieces. I'm guessing this isn't something to worry too much about? I'm quite relieved because the previous owner told me he never shed well.

At any rate I'll try to get some shots of him later today.

    Hi,

As long as it all comes off I tend not to fixate about how many pieces it is in.

Did you check the shed skin to make sure the eyecaps came off ok? It's a good habit to get into.

Great tip! I checked back once I got home last night and was indeed able to confirm the shedding of the eyecap.

He seemed to be very excited to be out of shed so I fed him and he took the F/T mice immediately

Good deal man, it's always nice when they eat right after a long shed. Lets you know they're still the same happy BP lol. Good luck with your little guy!
