    Here is the collection!

Ok, here are some pictures of some of my hognoses, or my favorites anyway.

Mexican Hognose Male reduced pattern (Commander)

Mexican Hopgnose Female. Awesome pattern on her. (Precious)

Western Hognose Male 100% het albino (Warrior)

Western hognose female 100% het albino (Pringle)

    Western Hognose male Normal (Arrow)

I lost my mexican hognose female breeder yesterday. She ended up with a bad intestinal infection that could not be treated and died. So, in a way this is a tribute to her! :-)

Nice looking group of hoggies. I too lost my female mexican breeder this year so I feel your pain at loosing her.

    Re: Here is the collection!

    Thanks guys, i appreciate it!
She was a good snake and had a beautiful hood! Hence why i named her Hood :-D She ended up getting a blockage and thus internal bleeding started. She didn't eat for a while. I took her to the vet and he took xrays and said, 'everything's fine' but i knew better. I took her to another place that said surgery would be good to remove any damaged tissue but there was a 20% chance of her surviving the surgery yet a 50% change of her surviving on her own.
Well, she was eating, and bringing it back up, and eating, and bringing it up, etc. So half of her body went limp but she kept eating and digesting most. Sadly, the other night, she was very lethargic and would not eat. Blood was coming from her vent and i realized that everything had gotten progresively worse. I cleaned her up, bathed her, and offered her food with assisted feeding but she was just tooo week. She died later that night.
    Poor girl, she was great.
Anyway, that's the story with her. As far as the other hogs go, the big mexican Commander was her boyfriend and the girl Precious is her daughter. Precious has a BEAUTIFUL pattern and has the build of a ball python. Great little girl and i really hope she doesn't grow into her eyes.
Thanks for all the comments on the great looking hogs!

Great pictures man! They're all really nice looking! I just got my first (definitely not last lol) hoggies from Jenea ^^^ (aka Florida Hogs) and they're quickly becoming some of my favorite snakes! I'm really focused more on my ball pythons right now but in the future I'd love to get some albino or het albino hogs and I would absolutely LOVE an axanthic! I think hoggie axanthics are just too cool looking!

I like those Hoggers; they're very exotic-looking. Now I truly appreciate (I could never spell that word right on a spelling test) Mexicans' diverse patterns. BTW, are Mexicans as easy to get as Westerns?

I've found them as easy. I raise their heat a lil more than my westerns but not by much. I don't do anything different, i actually keep everything else exactly the same! They roam in the same areas together, in the wild, and even have offspring together. They're patterns are cool and correct me if i am wrong, other mexican owners, but the pattern on my two is a bit unusual from what i have seen in CBB mexican hognoses.
