You have no idea how many times I thought of selling her and getting rid of the aggravation but everytime I attempt to list her, I just can't get myself to do it.
She is a PITA but she has a nice lavendar color on her head and neck and she is the most docile and outgoing snake I have.

Have you tried an alternative food source like ASF's? I've heard they work wonders on finicky eaters.

i hear ya!its funny how attatched we can get to a reptile

btw, they are both pretty snakes.the albi is nice and clean, nice contrast and the mojo, well i havnt seen a ugly one yet.

good luck on the albi!have you tried a treatment of panacur?its sad to say alot of the bp's are born with parasites.most do ok with them and you would never know.others can be affected easily.i am going to treat mine every year with panacur cuz you just never know

    Re: Miss Agravation!!!!!

She will eat every time offered except when in shed but it has to be a live white subadult mouse. She refuses everything else and if the mouse is too big, she won't eat it. She will not touch f/t, p/k or any other type of feeder.
She also has a bad habit of refusing to eat if she is in a tub any larger than 15 qts or if she is on any substrate other than the Zoomed Shredded Aspen (she burrows in it and makes tunnels).

It's a pain having to go to the petstore for one $5 mouse each week and buying special substrate just for her.

Even eating steadily and having her home the way she wants it, she still doesn't grow.

Yep. She has had fecals and been treated to see if that would jumpstart her eating better.
