    Hello from Western Kentucky!

Just wanted to say hi to everyone here. I am planning on getting a new snake in the near future. I have a normal corn right now and would love a western hognose and/or a ball python. I have been a snake lover since I was a kid...my mom was always afraid to come into my room in the event there was an escapee...lol
I look forward to participating in discussions here as well as learning from the collective knowledge I am sure this forum must contain!!

    Re: Hello from Western Kentucky!

Welcome! You should post a pic of your corn. If getting a BP, I recomend setting up the tanks and getting the environmental temps and humidity under control before getting the snake. There are lots of good posts, as well as care sheets. People here are a big help. If you have questions just ask.

AT the bottom are some really good useful links. Here is one on setting up a glass enclosure.

If you use an aquarium and are having problems stabilizing it look at my post here

PM me if you have any other questions on my set up.

Hope you get your new family members soon.
