Actually males will top of at 9ft if anything but average 6-8 ft and females 8-12ft
I think the record for the biggest yellow was 14 or 15ft, so if that is true females wont usually average more then 12 ft...
As for greens
Males 10-14ft
Females: 13+ft
Ive seen a few female greens that were 18ft but thats not very common if anything your female green will top out at 16-17 ft
But every now and then you will see a green anaconda that gets huge!
The biggest green ive seen was 22ft and it was in the wild.

what breeder did you get him from?
Just wondering?
he is a sharp looking fellow!
0.1.1 Ball Python (Bernese, Maxine)
0.1 Random Cat (Kitty)
2.0 Terrier (Buzz, Walter)

Re: i gave in, i just got my first.....
My male yellow is 2-1/2 years old and coming up on 6 ft. Be prepared for a struggle when yours gets older. They are fairly heavy bodied, incredibly strong, and do not hesitate to bite or strike.
I use a hook to start the process of moving him out of his cage, but once he is out, the hook is almost worthless. They tend to coil around things quickly and it is difficult to unwind them. At that point, I use the hook just to guide his head away from me.
When moving the snake back into the cage (after cleaning or whatever) I've found that the easiest thing to do is open the cage door just a crack and let the snake 'discover' it. Anacondas are curious, and he'll want to crawl inside and check it out. When he's all the way in, I slide the glass closed and lock it.
I have not been bitten by him in at least two years, but every time I interact with him, I end up sweaty. Good luck to you.

Gorgeous Annie you have there!
I have been thinking about getting a male later on in my life when I have more experience in large constrictors.
Congrats!
