    Hi,

What does her belly look like?

Does it have a light pink shade to it or a milky looking appearance?

    Hmmm,

Without pics that's me out then.

Have a look at our sticky on the shedding process and see if any of the pics seem close.

Some will eat while shedding and some won't so you can't use that as a definate guide.

    Hi,

I would try and get some good pics so we can see what your seeing first - it might just be the natural sheen of the animals healthy skin under the right kind of lights for example.

Does it look wrinkled or anything? Is the colour in patches or is it nice and even all over?

Is there anything else that makes you think there is a problem?

    Re: shedding?

I'm gonna guess that it's the dulling-out phase in the shed process. With my normal girl, her belly will get a slight pinkish tint to it, then it will dull back out to a cream, off-white color. A couple days later, her eyes will begin to cloud up, then clear up, then she sheds... I'd say to post pics if possible, but I imagine that within a week, you'll have a freshly shed snake...

    Re: shedding?

Yeah, probably dulling. They are dull ALOT during the shedding phase, dull, then dull with cloudy eyes, then the eyes clear up (still dull) and finally the shed. If you've not seen him/her shed yet, I'd wait for that before a vet visit.
