Re: Dante,My American Pit Bull Terrier

Don't worry about pit bulls and cats. I have two pit bulls and 5 cats. The cats rule, and the dogs know it. Our bigger pit bull, Alex, was adopted at 8 months old and the cats very quickly explained who was the boss. Then about 5 months later we got a very small black kitten. Alex was very gentle and careful with her. She would climb him, claw him, chew on his ears and his lips and use him as a scratching post. All he did was whimper when it hurt, then when he had enough he would just stand and walk away. He would even clean her and cuddle with her.
We always supervised them, especially at first, but he never attempted to hurt her.

Beautiful pit! I had to share a pic of my pup that I had a few years ago.. He reminds me so much of her when he was a puppy!

Very Very Nice my favorite "Pooch". Super cool photos and I'm going to use some of them to help my buddy who just got his first real "bulldog" convince his mother-in-law that now lives with him and his family to give the new little girl a chance. I haven't gotten to meet the little "pooch" yet that he only just got last week and she is only about 3months old but she is described as having a perfect temperment even around his other little cockapoo and cats.

    Never underestimate the "B" Factor....
