I'm getting suggestions of all kind, let him alone its too stressed, go ahead and do the treatments, give him foods, etc etc.

Like has been said like 20 times I think the priority here will be a Vet visit... They should be able to give you the best advice, but be sure you inform the Vet of this incident.
