    Herpstat VS. Helix

I know I have seen these posts before, But with more itme I assume there would be more rounded users of spyder's products

I am looking to buy one soon, an dam trying to weigh the options

    The Herpstat is cheaper
but the helix has a longer track record,
they seem to do the same thing.

    Any thoughts?

It all depends on what you are keeping, and how many racks/enclosures.

    Re: Herpstat VS. Helix

I have two Herpstats. One I've had for going on 2 years and not a problem with it. Bought one to run my incubator this year and worked perfectly.

I've been running a Herpstat Pro for about a year and a Herpstat ND prior to that. I still have the Herpstat ND as a back up, but I don't think i'll be using it anytime soon

The harpstat seems nice, plus the high end model offers multiple out puts, pc control, warning setups,

    I am impressed, hmmmmm

Herpstat. I have at least one of each model. Love them all. Had a helix. Sold it.

this helped me a lot. We are building a rack soon and were just going to get a helix. Now I think we'll go with the Herpstat!
