    A drawing

It saddens me that I don't feel inspired to draw like I used to. I will admit I cheated and copied most of this picture out of a magazine, I find I cannot create from my mind, but I sure can copy it. I made this in highschool...

Nice drawing Connie; this post is what got me thinking about Vampire Hunter D. One of the books are called "The Rose Queen" and that reminded me of it.

Yea, she's from the anime "Oh! My Goddess." I think the picture was in Animerica, and I may still have it around. Unfortunately, I don't know where the original piece is, this just happened to be on my old website server from years ago. I just cleaned it out recently.

I used to just take an entire day and draw one picture. Usually animals, anime, video game characters (see a theme yet? ), but I've lost a lot of knack I used to have, and I really wish I had time to really get back into it. Lately animals, work and other things take up all my time.

I can't tell you haow many times I've looked a refrences to draw somethink! LOL If I don't, everything and everyone turns out looking like a Fairy...

I feel you on the time line... I just started a painting to donate to a AFA Auction, and the ONLY reason I got anything done, is because I moved my easel right next to the TV in the den! lol I pass it 10 times a day, and it really helped ignite that flame that used to burn 24-7 under my hiney! Try setting out your favorite media in the most "in your way" place, and see if that gives you a itch! I really believe that sometimes you have "it".... and sometimes you don't.... you'll know when "it" is there again!
Grey Scale is a good thing...

I actually modified her original design to make it less obvious. I can't help it if her measurements work oh so well.
