an introduction
Hi, everyone.
I just got my first ball python today. My first snake ever, actually. I've loved ball pythons for years, ever since handling one at a friend's house.
I've always been interested in herps, but due to parental restrictions, haven't kept many. My sister and her husband raise corn snakes, red tail boas, and are expanding to bearded dragons. I live vicariously through them, lol.
I've got a small zoo here- cats, dogs, rabbits, rats, mice, chickens, tarantulas, and now my ball python. I'm hoping to expand with the herps in the near future, but I have to gradually wean my parents onto the idea first.
Anyways, that's about it. I look forward to spending time here, learning about my new baby, and getting to know everyone here.
