That is a chubby one. My wife would end up naming it keeping it as a pet.
Last night we had a mom give birth to 19 that we could count!We had concerns over her being able to keep up with that many. We took 4 of them and put them in with another mum who only had 6 pups that were 3 days old. None of our other moms are nursing at this time so these two girls are going to have to pull the load together! The mom was actually slated as a feeder until we figured she was prego. After having this many pups we can't feed her off now. She goes into the breeder stock.
I only name the ones that I really like and want to keep as pets.
His name is Fatty.
and woah...19 is a lot!
I think the largest litter I have had is 17.
