I haven't paid much attention to prices on milk snakes, but I have a hard time imagining you can't get a baby at a show for that price or less, and then you'll know more about its history, etc.
Of course, if you want the critter cage, etc. that comes with him, that makes it a better deal, but I think I remember you talking about having your snakes in tubs?

Yes, the ad was funny! I already mentioned that I didn't think I could swing the $100. She seemed like she would work with me on that, so we'll see. Since he's diurnal, a tank is OK. He'll be a display snake.

The Honduran Milk lady never emailed me back. So I think someone else was willing to pay her fee. Guess it's just not meant to be. I'm working on a bird right now anyway. And I found out today that chincilla's give me hives!

How about a Giant Madagascan Hognose? They can get 7 to 9 ft and have that great Hoggie personality.

Hoggies are awesome! I only have experience with Western Hognose though. The giant hogs are insane!
