Watch this! Especially if you're afraid of heights

This is one of the most exhilarating videos i have ever watched. I get dizzy standing on a chair never mind a couple of thousand feet up on a cliff edge. Watching the way he skirts the cliff faces and buildings has me feeling a little nauseous. The end sequence at the Palace Hotel is something else.

Awesome video. I have to say, if I had the opportunity to go do that, I would do it in a heart beat!

Re: Watch this! Especially if you're afraid of heights

Ooohhh... that made me a little queazy myself. I was fine for the video taken further back, but the helmet cams were a bit much for me.

I don't think I could make that leap myself. I HATE heights, and was so proud of myself when I actually did a rope swing and jump in Hawaii. (of course it wasn't terribly high) No way I could do that.

Did I mention that airplane flights make me a bit nuts? (yes even more so than normal! ) So watch out in 2 weeks, I'll either be jittery for a bit after the flight or completely mellow from liquid courage )

That looks like SOOOO much fun. I've always wanted to try BASE jumping. I got to go skydiving once when I was 19 or so, and it was an AMAZING experience. I'd never had that kind of adrenaline rush before, or since. I would think that BASE jumping would be even more of a rush though because of the lower height. Lower height = not as much time to pull your chute = NO margin for error...
