Smile Just showing off a few of my other pets

    Hope you all don't mind?
First off I love rescues. Most of my pets are.
This first girl is my Heart dog. Her previous owners were going to drop her off on the highway. We originally took her in to have her put down. She looked like she was going to die & we thought it would be the best thing to do. She was 1 1/2 yrs. when we got her & only 33 lbs. She was sevrely beaten & given illegal drugs.
These people were not very nice to there dogs. It ended up, she was just starved & needed food badly. This picture was when she was around 4 or 5 yrs. old (my favorite picture of her).
It was taken at a German Shepherd BB que. A bunch of internet friends got together for this. One lady there showed German Shepherds & another does photography at shows. Dakota is 9 yrs. now & still a BIG ole love bug.

    Next is Glitzie the clown.
I got her from a client at my work. They got her at 3 months old & boarded her 90% of the time. They felt really bad that she was left at our kennel so much. I am a homebody so they asked if I could take her. I was a little nervous at first. I never owned a small dog before. She is great! She can keep up with DaKota with no problems.

Next is Rusty. He was my Mom's dog. A Shiba Inu. Mom passed away in Feb. So, I have him right now. I am still looking for the right home for him. He teies to be a good boy. I just don't like some of his traits.

I like friendly dogs that wants to be with people. He is not that way at all.

Very beautiful dogs! I love how shiba inus look.. but I've also found them to be aloof most of the time.

Awww, I love aloof dogs. Shibas do want to be with you-- they just don't like to show it. Try contacting shiba rescue and see if they ahve any perfect homes waiting for him. How old is he? Your dogs are all gorgeous!

Rusty is 5 yrs. old. He was supposed to go to a rescue this past weekend, but something else came up & now they won't take him.
I tell ya, With Dakota. I found out no dogs are really free. I spent
thousands of dollars on her. She's alot of fun. We tried to do sheep herding, which was really fun. That is, until she sat on the electric fence.
I've been researching the breed since I got her too. I even found her pedigree.
I actually have all of my dogs pedigree. I really am into looking at each dog in them.

All my recues are either spayed or nuetered. I just don't have the time or knowledge for breeding anything.
