They look Great!
I got my mojave from Mark Petros. He is a great guy to buy from. When I was looking for a female pastel, his number was the first I called. I didn't even check kingsnake first. I called him right away. (Unfortunately his was out of stock) He also answered my post purchase questions as well.

Very nice looking snakes! The male could just be exploring, but nose rubbing could be a sign of a respritory infection... I would make sure he is not leaving behind anything on the walls of his tub or anything else he is rubbing on.

Re: My 2 newbies w/ pics, they need names!
thanks everyone for the compliments
I cant wait to start holding them but I know the drill, wait until they are completely settled in and eating very well.
my temps are right on the money, but the only problem I am having is I cant seem to find 2 hides that will fit in the tubs along with a water dish lol. so i only have 1 hide in there for now. is this a bad thing?
as for the male, I dont see anything coming from his nostrils, but I will keep my eyes open. How much would actually be showing? would it be visible to an untrained eye? Hearing this has kinda got me worried.

Don't they normally regain all color right before they actually shed the skin? So he'd look fine to you. Unless I've been monitoring and paying attention, I'd have no idea when my girl was about to shed because she looks normal just before.
Maybe I'm wrong.

You are correct, they do look normal right before they shed but I have no idea if and when he turned blue as I just got them today. But like I said, I will keep my eyes open. I trust Mark, he sells awesome animals, so Im sure he's fine. I'm just a worry wart lol

They are a beautiful pair of snakes!! It is soooooo hard to wait to hold them and feel them and watch them; but the wait is well worth it in the long run!
