    Hoggie pics!

Kevin Bacon was out tonight and after several minutes of hissing and strikes, I managed a couple of pics.

I have to ask, why did you name a hoggie after Kevin bacon?

I love how you can see the head flattening in these photos.

LOL, I was thinking hog.....bacon....then Kevin Bacon. Not sure how it happened, but my snake's names are maybe a bit on the odd side. He's totally half cobra!

He's a pretty nice looking Hogger, but why is he (and nearly every Hogger I've seen) not as bright (in color, not intelligence ) as mine? You think mine is some kind of het?

    In a better place:

LOL, he's not really all that bright (intelligence) either!
You should post a pic of yours in this thread so it's easy to compare. I'd like to see him. Hoggies really are awesome little snakes. I love him and all his attitude.

The reason why I don't have any pics is because I don't have a digital-camera, but now since my sister (actually, one of my sisters) has one, I'm sure I can borrow it and take some pics of Charon-the brightest normal Hogger that's ever lived . Oh yeah, how old is your "Pig-faced Burrower"? Mine's around 6 months old.

    Re: Hoggie pics!

Lookin forward to pics! He's around 6 months or so too. It's amazing how fast he is growing and filling out. He seems to have an endless appetite, but still feed him once a week. He gets fuzzy mice or rat pinks. He would eat everyday if I let him!
