    brb is always hiding

Ive had my baby brb for about two months now, and he is constanly under his water bowl. I keep the humidity about 75-80 and temps in the low 80's. I stay up late most nights and never see him out. Hes fine when i have him out never bites and loves to explore. I guess I am wondering if this is normal for this type of snake or if he will grow out of it thanks

Do you have any hide's in the tank? If you do, sometimes when there too big, they will go under the water bowl. Or if you dont have any hides, they will do the same thing. When there baby's, I always offer atleast one hide for a boa.

makes sense he has a log hide and a mossbox. Ive always understood that boa are not as needing of a hide as balls. I will try switching him to a smaller hide.

Yeah when mine got older, the hide wasn't much of a issue. But when he was a baby, that hide really helped him feel secure.
