Some of the yearlings and a glowing girl

As I impatiently wait on my first two ball clutches of the year and my first chondro clutch ever, I have been snapping some photos of some of the yearlings I have been raising up. I am really happy with how these guys and girls are turning out and as a bonus they have all easily converted to frozen thawed food which saves me some cash.

All of these were produced by me with the exception of the mojave. Greg Graziani gets the credit for that one!

    Male Mojave

    Female abberant spider

Female pastel - she is browning out a little but her sides are extremely vivid. My three best pastel holdbacks are in shed however I think this girl is pretty sweet as well.

    Female normal

    Male abberant normal

Female CH normal - this is a girl I have raised up and I hope her glowing colors mean I will get eggs from her this year. Fingers crossed on this one!

Re: Some of the yearlings and a glowing girl

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! I am very proud of my little collection and I am stoked that others find them beautiful as well.

Robin, I don't have any secrets in fact my camera is not very good but lighting is an inexpensive way to get good photos out of a sub-par camera. I use a simple set-up of clamp lamps with GE Reveal bulbs and I set my white balance each time I shoot inorder to get a more accurate representation of color in my photos.
