I'm excited about seeing what all you get this year...and excited about me getting a real job haha!
Thanks for clarifying! Its easy to get so excited about one part of a clutch and forget that het clowns are awesome too.

Re: Official JKR 2008 clutch thread

08_clutch#009 - 5/11/08 - 2 eggs and 3 slugs - Clown X Normal - This female normal had me so confused!!! She was building nicely but I never saw an ovulation and her follicles suddenly felt like eggs and were riding really low. She had her POS right on cue but then after 30 days went into another shed cycle. She sheds out about 5 days ago and I had no idea what's going on with her! This morning looked in and found her on 2 eggs and 3 slugs. These eggs are TINY but have good veins. They weigh 40g each - smallest I've ever incubated!

I'm not going to produce very many Het Clowns this year. Especially with clutches like this one!

What a great year you are having so far, Justin! Hope those little bitty eggs work out okay for you. I don't think I've ever seen pictures posted of such small but lovely eggs. Best wishes with all your clutches this year. It will be fun to watch what you hatch out.
