    This just in! (DUW)

Hey all! I haven't been around the boards much lately... I have a new position at work! I've been busting my ass trying to get this off the ground... the hours suck, but the money is WELL worth it!

Anyway, I wanted to share pics of the newest member of the Buckeye Boa family:

Her name is Lyonesse, and she is an anery 66% poss het for snow (meaning she's 66% het for albino). I'd never seen an anery in person before, even after all the shows in Columbus, OH and here in Indy. I waited quite awhile until I found just the right female... and I'm very happy to have added this girl to my collection!

    The obligatory tail shot:

    The obligatory belly shot:

    And her pretty [non]colors:

Her parents were originally from Frank Martin. Her father was an anery het snow, and her mother was a normal double het for snow, from Frank's "Monster Anery" line (supposedly, this girl's greatgrand-dam was a 70 lbs monster boa!) I purchased her from Jeremy Clarke of NorCalReptiles, who gets an A+ from me!

Also, a couple pics of her future mate, Gwydion... he was a little dark tonight, but still purty. He is a hypo DH Ghost (double het for anery):

Him really not wanting to come off that hook right out of the cage, lol:

    The obligatory tail shot:

    The obligatory belly shot:

For those of you not up on your boa genetics, these two will make anerys, hypos, and ghosts... all of which will have the possibility of being het for albino. The chances are slim, and I won't sell them as such, but still... think of the possibilities!

Personally, I'm drooling over the ghosts these kids are going to produce someday! I love me some ghostsssss!

    Thanks for looking!

Boas are so cool, like snowflakes. No two alike, all of them beautiful on so many levels.

OH NO! your boa lost it's color!
Kidding, but she looks amazing, she has a real clean dorsal pattern and a great tail.

Anery Boas are so underappreciated. They are the key ingredient to so many cool double morphs and they are so neat to look at, like a black and white photo. Nice pickup!
