Your Personal Anthem
I was contemplating a couple of things, and I wanted to know:
Do you have a Song, a Personal Anthem, that represents you in the best way???
If it plays on the radio or on your Ipod, etc., you feel better and refreshed?
What song is it?

Re: Your Personal Anthem
There are actually quite a few songs that make me feel better or refreshed or just happier in general...
But I gotta say, the one song that I have always, always, always gone back to as my theme song is "Praise Chorus" by Jimmy Eat World. The music is upbeat and gets me moving, and the lyrics are awesome!
"Are you gonna live you life standing in the back, looking around?
Are you gonna waste your time,
Gotta make a move,
Or you'll miss out.
Someone's gonna ask you what it's all about.
Whatcha gonna have to say for yourself?"

Re: Your Personal Anthem
There are many, but probably the best is 'Bittersweet Symphony' by the Verve

Re: Your Personal Anthem
Usually the hard partyin' lyrics of one Mr. Kid Rock do it for me.
"Midnight Train to Memphis" is the one!

Re: Your Personal Anthem
2 songs for me actually.
"Tomorrow" by Sixx A.M.
With Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue.
And if you like a little more dark music. A darn good one is "Bittersweet" by Apocalyptica featuring Ville Valo from H.I.M.
