    Help with flexwatt

I need someone who is familiar with wiring flexwatt to help me. I purchased it prewired and when I received it one of the connections had broken. Now there are plastic insulators over the connections and I cant get in there to recrimp the wire into the connector. Does anyone know how to get the insulators off without breaking them?

I'd contact the person you purchased it from and let them know it must have gotten broken during shipping.
