    behavior questions

I have a couple of questions and am a little concerned. i've had her since jan 12 and she ate last sunday.

    1. I havent seen my snake moving around at night. i'm usually up until 1-2 in the morning. is this normal?

    2. She also stays on the cool side hide all the time. I have introduced her to the warm side and yet she still prefers the left. the 2 hides are exactly the same.

    1) Perfectly normal
    2) if you're certain that you're providing a proper temp gradiant, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Some prefer it cool, some prefer it warm - much like us!

    Re: behavior questions

He/she might come out after you go to bed. I'm a college student (late late nights) and he doesn't come out till well after Im asleep. The only reason I know this is because he always knocks over the acu-rite in the corner.
Also when I first got Kingsley he always stayed on the cool side, and then after his first meal he decided to use the warm side, and now thats where he stays all the time.

I would sit it down and say "hey look, I didnt bring you home and build this nice play area for you for you to just sit on one side."
