I am debating on a few ways to go about this. I would love to keep the four together, but I am afraid of aggression.

I harem breed in 20 gallon tanks for the most part. Adult males will attack each other if the tank gets overpopulated, but I've never had a problem otherwise. You should easily be able to breed four females and one male in a 20 gallon tank. Remove and feed off the males as the mature, breed the females, and soon you'll be completely overrun with ASFRs.
