New to the family. Burgundy?
These three W.C females are the latest add to my group, they are gravid and have been treated for parasites but will be in ISO for quite a while to come.
The largest of them is Montra weighing in at 2,854 gr.
in person she looks a tad axanthicish but Im more than likely wrong, her color just looks dilluted a bit.
My second girl Sandy is weighing in the 1700's+, she looks a bit hyopish maybe, eh, but she is a bright girl none the less.
Lastly and certainly not the least is Berry weighing in at a suprisingly 1,378gr, and she as well is supposedly gravid, if she does lay Id be surprised if it wasnt more than a couple eggs.Whats astounding about her is her color, she has no black on her at all, just varying degrees of browin. Could she be a burgundy hypo or just a really uniquely colored norm? Is there a line of burgundy already proven or is burgundy still one of those may-be morphs? If I were to prove her out what would that mean a new hyop line possibly?

That girl definintely looks like she has something going on. Keep the babies and start on a nice project... won't hurt nothing.

Very nice!
The last girl definitely looks like a burgundy. The only way would be to breed one of her sons back to her.
I believe the burgundy hypo is a recessive.
Another thing that I have noticed when dealing with WC animals is that once you get them setup and feeding regular, their colors often change a bit.
