Yeah, I've been looking at them and researching them and toying with the idea of starting a colony for a long time now. They sound like a pretty ideal food bug, but I'm still kind of leary about the whole 'roach' thing.... If they called them flightless tropical beetles I'd probably have them by now.... But that 'cockroach' name still has me a little spooked.

I have been raising dubia for several years now. They're great. I've had a few get loose and just die. They're not going to infest in this climate.
