I wanted to get a couple of photos tonight while she was out - some of her, some of us together. Well, *that* didn't go according to plan. I thought you all would appreciate these. They were too priceless to delete.

Here's the first one to give you an idea of what I was dealing with. She *loves* the camera. Goes right to it every time I have it out. But not in a good way...


This picture I'm in love with because it has emotion to it. I freaking love that snake, and you can tell here.


Even though she was giving me such a hard time, I was really enjoying myself. I'm genuinely happy here, and that makes it a great photo.


This one was an accident, but the best photos usually are, don't you think? I edited it a little, and I love the feel it has now.


anyway, I'm sure you guys can relate - trying to take pictures with live snakes isn't the easiest thing to do. -lol- Still, I think it was a great photo shoot. Sorry they're quite large. My freckles could take over the world.

Beautiful pics. My fav is the second, I like genuine emotions in your pics (I hate the typical Sears family photo pose). And yes we all know the joys of a squirmy, for a snake camera is cue for move as much as possible.

wow, that's pretty interesting. Especially since I would have taken Hathor as a male name. Go figure. My boyfriend is a hardcore trekkie but he never got into stargate (therefore neither did I) and so I know nothing about it.
