I got him from a guy here in TX, he was produced by Frantz herp, and he's about 2 years old.

Since you are not intending to buy one for a while, I would do some researching and check out a couple of GTP forums. You definitely need to shop wise and don't be afraid to spend a bit more money on one that you really like.
Arus are some of the tamest. Sorongs are nice too. Biaks tend to be a bit higher strung than the other locales.
If you are truly looking for a locale GTP, you need to check parents and do reference searches. Many people tag on a locale to their GTP's to make a little more money on them.

I also noticed on your signature, that you have a coastal x eastern carpet. What is an eastern carpet?? I am fairly well versed in carpet pythons and never heard of an eastern carpet.

yea i know what to look at when buying chondro babys the i allready have a jayapura anyways i pretty sure ill wait till next season to buy my new chondro and i have an idea of where im going to get mine if he still has them avalible ill buy the one i want but if he doesnt then ill wait also your last question when i bought my carpet i asked the guys what i was and they said coastal x eastern and i looked eastern up and i found this website http://www.mark.org.au/pages/cs_carpetpython.htm i guess the easterns are very similar to coastals

By looking at the link you provided, it says "coastal carpet or Eastern carpet python", meaning they are the same thing. So you either have a coastal crossed with a coastal which is "a coastal" or since they told you it was a cross, I believe you were lied to. No one uses the term Eastern carpet.

I don't think so. Go over and read the hybrid thread you started. I posted some info over there. Without background info on your carpet, I would have to say that it is an American carpet, Morelia domesticus.
Considering in your own words, you said that told you it was a coastal cross. No one sells a ball and says, "This is a ball x eastern ball." It was either a ball breeding or a cross breeding.
I bet you have a cross but without seeing it and knowing any background info on it, who knows.
