Which incubator?
For those of you who only hatch out say between 1 and 5 clutches a year, what do you use for your incubators? Do you just use something like those hovabators or make your own? I can't see a small time breeder paying for one of the large professional incubators.

Re: Which incubator?
I use a converted Fridge. It can hold 10 clutches.

Re: Which incubator?
I use one of www.nsreptiles.com/ incubators, flawless unit. Casey is one of the good guys to buy these from.
You can make your own, converted fridges, wine fridges etc.

We have a nature's spirit also. Great small incubator if you don't want to build your own. Customer service was great and the unit has never failed.

Re: Which incubator?
Wow those are all really cool. They look great. I really like the one in the cooler though. Great use of stuff that everybody has and perfect for those who are just doing it as a hobby.

Re: Which incubator?
I do the fridge thing. The last few years the one i have has worked great. Power went out one day for 10 hours all eggs were ok. This next year ill be looking for some kind of big upright freezer if i can find one. Heres a link to the fridge incubator.
