I did do a search and found limited info on the beautiful bearded dragon site, they didnt really say it was territorial though

Re: whats this waving
I've read/heard about beardie waving I've never seen it myself, but I'm sure it's adorable Are your beardie girls in different tanks? I thought that they were pretty social lizards and that they could be housed together?
EDIT: Did a YouTube search for Beardie Waves and found this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3ZPew3cvIQ
The person who posted it says in the video desc. that the wave's a submissive thing and that there was a large male off-camera, and that the two small females were waving to show submissiveness? Either way, it's pretty neat

Re: whats this waving
I have seen videos of it, it is really funny seeing them wave.
I also have heard its a dominence issue, I found a good article on it a while back while I was looking into beardies. I can't seem to find it now though.

Re: whats this waving
The arm waving and slow head bobbing are a submissive gestures. Quick head bobbing is one of the dominate gestures. That's is what I've observed with my own beardies.
A few dogs, a bunch of chickens, 3 ducks, and 2 Pygmy goats

Re: whats this waving
Gotta agree with Keith- arm waving is a submissive behavior. It's most typical during mating season, generally a female response. Sometimes a younger/smaller male will use it to pacify an older/larger male. And some juvies do it.
Be careful keeping your girls together. It works out about 50% of the time. Watch out for signs that someone is getting more UVB/basking time than the other. In fact, I would set up two basking areas. If one starts out growing the other, someone is hogging the nutrients.
I love arm waving... it's so freakin' cute.
