    What does this mean?

I was looking at a site for a breeder near me that at a reptile show recently I bought a savannah monitor from. According to his site he has a CB 100% Het Albino BP. I have not seen a pic for it yet but when they say 100%het albino, does that mean it is an albino or it is poss a norm carrying the albino trait? The Price he's asking is $85 so I'm curious if that is a good deal or a stay away from.

it means that it is a normal looking snake that carries an albino gene. albino is a recessive gene, so it takes 2 albino genes to make an albino snake. one albino gene and you have a het albino (one normal gene and one albino gene).

its a good deal if u just want a pet. if ur lookin to breed i would get a female before a male becuse the female needs to be bigger than the male to breed, which allows u to purchase the male later.
