Talking Couldn't be a happier mum today!!!

Thanks to all the great info here I've known she was going into shed for the past two weeks or so... I checked on her when I got up this morning as I added an overhead light and all was good... Checked back an hour and a half later to find her first (with me anyway) perfect shed!!!!

I feel like I should be dancing around!!!

Anyway here's some crappy pics per usual... I need a new camera now!!!

She wouldn't sit still long enough to get one of all of her, she kept crawling back over to my arms!!

Here's most of her... She's all velvety looking now

Congrats on the good shed! Isn't this the first 'complete' shed?

I think some of the old timers take it for granted, but I was stoked when Milton had his first complete one last month! I think we had similar humidity struggles at first, but doesn't it feel great to know that you're getting things right?

    Great work!

We did have similar humidity issues etc, but I didn't end up bringing my girl home until much much after that (I'd set up an empty enclosure... Then decided to go with a tub till she's a bit better, and now till I can safety proof it)... I decided to hold off until I had all the right stuff for her etc, and my seller was great enough to keep her as long as I needed, so this is actually the first time she's shed since I got her home!

Thanks on both accounts I'm so pleased what a wonderful healthy little girl she is... I'm so glad I decided *not* to purchase from my other options!!!

And a general thanks to everyone here... She gets a very defined pink belly before shed and I'm such an apparent worrier when it comes to pets that I think I might have had a heart attack without all the info here!!!

Oh congrats on the nice shed! Don't worry about worrying LOL. Didn't anyone tell you you get a free case of raging O.C.D. with every snake purchased?

Ohh you are so lucky! That shed looks really beautiful. I have only had my baby long enough for him to shed once, and he had a very messy, sticky shed that came off in pieces. Had to soak him for an hour and gently rub him through a washcloth I can only hope his next shed is as good as that one. Gorgeous snake btw

Awesome! You're definately starting out no the right foot with your snake.

That is fascinating, and just beautiful! I wonder if there is anything crafty that can be done with the skin? (I'm sure my kids will come up with something if I gave one to them.)
