My snakes

I'm new, but I thought I would post some pictures of my ball pythons. These aren't my first, I went to a show in May and purchased one, a captive hatched (although I didn't know that at the time) and she only ever ate once on her own, and ended up not making it. These two I picked up at the Raleigh show this weekend. The pics aren't great, as that isn't my forte, and the snakes where pretty stressed and irritated anyway.



A normal female.



Pastel male. I thought he was the nicest one at the show, and the breeder I got him from, Ben Cole, was really nice. He was honest about his snakes, pointed out which ones he thought would brown as they aged, let me hold and look at any of them I wanted, and answered every question I had. I would make every effort to buy from him again.

Anyway, those are my two for the time being, I want to get a female spider this year, and maybe a female cinny or pastel.

Arctic Blue is a great girl, her and her boyfriend are living with my wife and I currently and she's pretty cool. Also since she's interested in ball pythons we're able to split cost on certain items that our snake need since we're both using them (aspen, flexwatt, so on) That pastel is even hotter looking in person.

Thanks for the complements, the pastel is indeed a sexy beast. And yes, JR an I are roommates. We spend an awful lot of time drinking beer and discussing snakes.

Only I hate the taste of beer, so I drink "girly beers" (Smirnoff, mikes, Bacardi) or i drink hard liquor (gin/vodka)
