first pic of all 6 babies

well the last 2 hatched out today

so i got them in with the others and took a couple shots
off of them, they didnt want to come out and show themself though
stayed all balled up on me.

the first two out are blue and dull looking now, but one of them you can see
a lot of orange through the milky cast.
they all have the clear bellys with the black lines running only up the sides
not the checkard board pattering, a couple of them the orange starts at the belly without any black to break it.

the mother to the clutch is Akasha and the father is Louie and there are pics of both in my gallery if any one would like to look to see what it was that helped to put these sweet little creatures on this earth

momma was a pet shop find daddy is one i picked up at the reptile show here in Indpls

    Hi,

They do have intresting colours but I'm coo'ing over the neck/head patterns on numbers 1 and 4 so far - make the others stick their necks out so I can see.

    Congrats on sweet babies.

    Hi,

Just looked at the gallery - which snake is in the picture of the clear belly?

And are you going to keep 1.1 to breed back to the parents? It might be really really interesting.

I AGREE! those are some awesome head patterns. It would be a really cool trait if it proves out.

they all have that same high yellow markings up around the head on them, they just dont want to work with me here.

depending on how my weekend pans out, i just might have to set them down for their first little semi pro (cough cough) photo shoot see what i come up with.

if it is the picture titled belly shot (is the one i am thinking you are talking about) that would be the father to these little ones... my male Louie.

he was sold to me as a ringer with all the "het markings" of being a pied.

all six babies have that same clear belly as well.

i was planing on keeping one female to breed back to the father to see what i get.

i know the odds really arent that great with just keeping one of them though, but its a start down a long road of hurry up and wait.
